About Pamela's Bar & Grille
If you are thinking this is some "ordinary" Bar and Grille, get ready to be amazed - owner Pamela is a passionate, hands-on chef, who loves to create unique dishes and introduce her customers to the "Wow!" factor in the food she prepares. From the first act - appetizers - to the final one - desserts - her cuisine is authentic, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and full of flavor. She even makes her own guacamole and salsa - the creator in the kitchen!
Following is a compendium of items in their various categories with some suggestions for selections: the soups, made fresh every day, are all delicious, so we'll move on to salads: two favorites are the Harvest Salad with Pam's homemade balsamic vinaigrette; and the blackened prime rib with house-made bleu cheese dressing. The quesadilla takes the award for unique appetizer - made with chicken, fontina cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, it's a winner every time! For the entree, try the BBQ Pork with bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion and pineapple. Friday night fish fry features a variety of fish and seafood selections - the baked lemon-pepper filet of Haddock with veggies and rice pilaf gets rave reviews. Finally, you really cannot pass up one of the delicious homemade desserts - if you have not reserved room to enjoy it in-house, my suggestion is to take one home to your own house. Choosing between cheesecakes, tortes and chocolate silk pie is no easy decision either, but whatever choice you make, and wherever you enjoy it, the reward will be in taste.
Serving lunch and dinner, look for seasonal specials on their menu, and expect the unexpected in taste - this restaurant's cooking will surprise and delight you. The intimate, comfortable bar is well-stocked and offers craft beers along with their cocktails and wine. Parties of up to 70 people can be accommodated.
